Rich was reassuring when I was a nervous host.  He interacted with our guests professionally and with a sense of humor, helping them relax and enjoy the experience.  He hustled to ensure everyone left with a treasured momento.  Afterwards, he sent electronic digital images so we can periodically remind our clients of the wonderful event.

Rich was very professional in all his dealings with us, friendly, very organized, flexible, and responsive to our needs.
